Reclaimed Scaffold Board.
Every piece is made from reclaimed scaffold boards once used on building sites. As such, it will show signs of its previous life—scuffs, scratches, nail holes, and saw marks. These imperfections add to the unique character of each item, making it one of a kind.
Each piece is carefully selected to ensure it’s solid and durable, guaranteeing a lasting, functional piece of furniture. Please note that due to the nature of reclaimed wood, each item will slightly vary in shade, tone, and colour.
My Process
I handpick each board, sand it smooth to ensure a usable surface, and leave its natural history intact. After sanding, I treat each piece with Fiddes Supreme Wood Wax, which nourishes the wood and ensures its longevity. This finish also makes the piece easy to maintain once in your home. The tables shown in the photos are finished in Rugger Brown & the lighter wax of Frenchic.
